Update budget amount from this period on

Adding the ability to update the budget amount from this period on keeping the previous periods amount. Similar to what happens when updating a recurring transactions balance where past transactions stay the same but you have the new amount in new transactions. My budget changes every 3-6 months because I’m always adjusting, but I want to be able to keep history and see how each has changed.
