TRANSFER IN BUDGET

I need to considerate the transfer function into the budgets. I have an investiment found ad I have a target calls “financial investiment”. When I transfer my money from my bank account to the found I need to sign it into the budget. But I’can’t because the budgets consider only money exit!!!
