Selecting x balance on y account as goal

Please let us choose bank accounts as smart goals. A lot of us have a given balance on our savings account as our main goal. Currently, if we set a savings goal, we nees to subtract it from the savings account resulting in an incorrect goal or an incorrect account balance for the savings account
