Option to remove ,00

Some currencies doesn’t really use ,00 and it caused some issues as well.

1. It makes the nominal longer, and caused some ui to break. For example the shortcut, the number would go out of the card if the number is more than 10 digits.

2. It makes transactions inputting kinda harder because if you want to edit you need to delete those ,00 as well. Not much but that’s 3 more taps per transaction edited.
