multicurrency transaction amount

When entering a multicurrency transaction, please give us the option to enter the amount in each currency individually. Currently, I need to calculate what the exchange rate that was used by my bank has to be in order to enter a multi currency transaction. When addind a multi currency transaction it should be possible to enter either one currency and an exchange rate or two values for the two currencies.

Also, please give us the option to enter transactions in a different currency than the currency of the account. It is possible to use a swiss debit card for example in germany. Then I pay in Euros with a swiss card and I want to remember what it cost me in swiss francs (meaning what was actually debited from my account) and what it cost in the currency that I bought it in (meaning what the price was in euros).
