More robust siri shortcut for transaction

Siri shortcut for transaction is there, but still very simple.
It needs some improvements as below

  1. Can set to select expense, income or transfer
  2. Can set payee
  3. Can set tags
  4. Can set destination account (for transfer)
  5. Can set date
  6. Can set description
