Labels or hashtags

It would be awesome to add labels such as hashtags to the transactions.
Sometimes categories are too general and we cannot add subcategory for everything.
For example if I make a trip to London, it would be nice to have the category Travels and labels for London.
I can use description, but a function with suggestions or else would be appreciated
