Exclude specific transactions

I would like to be able to exclude some expenses from reports.

In case of where money does not leave you (for example, paying first using your card then getting the money back as cash)

Currently if I type in an expense and add an income when my friend does pay back, it messes up the income vs expense, transactions report.
