Exclude accounts from summary

Hi

I would like to be able to exclude accounts from summary cards. Similar to how it is already possible for net worth.

Reason being that I use several accounts to save for annual expenses (e.g insurance, property tax etc). I would like those accounts to be counted as expenses in every pay period and not be included in my remaining amount displayed in summary card.

When transactions are entered and an outgoing transaction from those accounts is entered it should not decrease the current period as it has already been subtracted when money was transferred into those accounts.
