Dynamic budget

Let me figure out what’s the situation: you set 3 different budgets at the beginning of the month but you don’t really know how much to spend on each one (maybe the three are “New Xbox game”, “New pc game” and “football match”, so basically are all similar but different pleasures). So you set an amount for each budget but if you spend a little bit more for any reason on one, automatically decreases the other two (or, as advanced setting, settle if decreases only one)
