Dividing over year

An automatic button that helps to plot a input of outgoing money. For example if I add my car maintained of 800€, or my 600€ Allianz insurance, or my electricity bill 400€ (that are definitely just 1time a year). So just with putting the amour …€ and putting ON ONE BUTTON, to split it over the hole year 2019, that it’s divide it to every month. This would make one time a year outgoing so much easy. The actual version how you put it is totally stupid and complicated(wiederkehrende Rechnung, make an interval make a start date make a end date…)
