Default categories on restore

Is it possible for empty (no transaction yet) categories and subcategories to be imported back into the app upon restore?

I noticed that it only restores categories with transaction record and not the empty ones. This would be very helpful because I have edited your default categories and subcategories and tweak it into my own. Even though it’s empty now without transaction, but I would like to use it in the future.
