Choice of paydays

I am paid twice a month - on the 1st and 16th. The only option for being paid multiple times a month is every two weeks. This option would skew my balances and create and extra payday per year which I do not get. May I suggest being able to customize paydays and perhaps even pay amounts as mine often fluctuate on the 16th of the month.
