Budget for the previous 30days each new day

Io need a dedicated budget that automatically update each to day against the previous 30days. This is to meet the some limit that some cards have in order to monitoring the budget spent in the previous 30 days.
For example if I have now a safety limit on credit card 1000 euros/month today , 30/03, my bank check the previous 30 days 30/02 to 29/03 to check the money spent. Tomorrow the same but 31/02 to 30/03 ecc

This is a sort of previous date budget
