Budget accumulation

I‘d like to have an option to make a budget accumulate. Say I have a budget of $100 for cloths. If I spend nothing for 2 periods, I’d expect to have a budget of $300 in period 3. If I spend $200 in period 1, I’d expect to have $0 in period 2. Additionally setting a starting/the current balance would be great.
