Better loan and debt management

I think that we need a better way to handle loans and debts, without using the category.

We need a section dedicated to them, with a list, we should be able to create a new loan or debt without creating a transaction or movement and also the ability to link a transaction to a debt, like a split check functionality where I spent 30$ and I split it with two friends so it creates 2 loans of 10$ each, we should be able to keep track of how much was paid back, maybe with a progress bar, inputting the amount of money that was paid back each time. Maybe even notifications to remind us that we owe or we are owed money, and other neat and useful things like this.
