Balance adjustment

Please add the ability to adjust The Account balance.

For example my Savings Account says the balance is $10, but it should be $12, I go to balance adjustment and enter the real balance, and the app calculates three difference and adjusts by adding an adjusting transaction of +$2.

Sometimes we forget to enter some transactions, which leads to some difference in the real balance.

This feature would really help.
