Add API interface

Add interfaces that can interactive by cli or curl post method so that we can use ai or script to manage our account or transactions. Sometimes I also want to update the PnL of funds or stocks, but most of the time they have a lot of different types and I need to type it one by one. Using a script or agent like openclaw will make it much easier.
