Account description

In meny accounts there are different terms and conditions that very from one account to another. To have a simple input box which you can edit any time will make it easier than having to check the account itself.

Few examples:

1. Some savings accounts have an exit date which could be monthly, every Quarter etc. And if you exit before the end of the final date you get penalized.
2. Some savings accounts have different tax regulations and management fees which can be monitored.
3. Some credit cards have special Cashback for specific purchases that you can either describe, or refer to in a link.either describe, or refer to in a link.
4. Some credit cards have bonus or points after specific amounts which can be used for a lot, but can expire.

I understand that the goal is to implement this or other suggestions in the app, but I think it could halp remember and organize the terms and conditions which could be very different.
