Ability to manually change/set the Currency Foreign Exchange Rate

I set the Main Currency of my app to VND. Thus, when I create an Account named ‘Stocks’ with an initial amount of $1,000, the app shows 2 currencies (VND and USD) for this Account, which is what I need. But the exchange rate is not correct due to different times (of entering a transaction). 1 USD = 23,250 VND in March when I first changed my money from VND to USD to enter the stock market, but MoneyCoach uses April exchange rate of 1 USD = 23,234 VND. I want to manually set the exchange rate for each transaction.

If I have a transaction in the morning at exchange rate A, but forget to create a transaction in the app on that day and decide to key in that transaction the next day, then MoneyCoach would use exchange rate B of the next day, which does not reflect my actual cash payments/receipts.

Similarly for transfer transactions, I want to manually set the exchange rate when I transfer my money from a USD Account to a VND Account.
